La Vista Daisetsuzan

Amazing stay, definitely need to drive to get to this location but it's worth your getaway. We arrived right at the start of the snow storm, and it makes it more magical. Great food selection, amazing service, there's massage service available (definitely recommended) and a few private onsen available.

Excellent meal courses with outstanding service. English support was available where needed. Communal hot springs facilities were top-notch and private hot springs were excellent as well.

Great onsen, lovely location, food good

Comfortable, breakfast and especially dinner are great. I arrived feeling unwell (it was a flu) and the staff was helpful bringing medicines, a cold band and a thermometer, and accomodating my partner in another room with no extra charge. Onsen is nice too. Close to the ropeway to Asahidake if you are there to hike one of the hyaku meizan in the area, as we did.
